Wins for Adam Jackow and Tye Edwards, and a second on the night for Mike extended the SP Blacks lead to 6-2, but they were made to wait for the win as Chris Eley and Richard Meek won for Shootpool 'A' to close the gap. Andy Taylor won frame 11 to make sure of the win for SP Blacks, before Justin Hooley won the final frame to end the match 7-5.

The Brickslayers 4-8 New Zealand "B"

Second placed team New Zealand "B" closed the gap at the top to just three points with an 8-4 win against The Brickslayers, who stay in 6th.
