Shoot 'Em Up 6-6 Misfits

Misfits returned to the top of the Division 2 table, by virtue of head to head record, despite being held to a 6-6 draw when they visited 4th placed Shoot 'Em Up. The hosts flew into a 3-0 lead early on, before Misfits pulled a couple of frames back. A second win on the night for both Gareth Hart and Sue Latham helped Shoot 'Em Up into a 6-3 lead, but Misfits won the final three frames to rescue the draw, including a second for Ross Robins in the final frame.

The C Team 5-7 The Partridge

The C Team dropped down to 2nd place in the table, but are level on points with the leaders, after they fell to a 7-5 home defeat to The Partridge, who moved up to 8th with the win. The Partridge won the first five frames of the match to take complete control, before The C Team pulled a couple of frames back. A second for The Partridge captain John Steel made it 6-2, before the hosts won three of the final four to keep the match close, but a second for Brett Daddow made sure of the win for The Partridge.

The Feathers 7-5 Vic 8-Ball

3rd placed Vic 8-Ball also fell to a defeat this week, themselves losing 7-5 away from home against 5th placed The Feathers. The hosts went 3-0 up, but the match was level at 3-3 at half time. The next four frames were shared equally, including second wins for Tony Ruggiero Jnr of Vic 8-Ball, and The Feathers' Rudy Whiteman. But with the match level, The Feathers won the final two frames to win the match, with Billy Tottle winning his second in the final frame.

The Ari Chicks 4-8 Dairy Maid Krazies

6th placed Dairy Maid Krazies won six of the first seven frames on their way to an 8-4 away win against The Ari Chicks, who drop to 9th with the defeat. After The Ari Chicks pulled a few frames back in the second half, second wins of the match for Dairy Maid Krazies pair John Huskinson and Rupert Hawthorne made sure of the win for the visitors.

The Renegades 7-5 Bees Knees

7th placed The Renegades enjoyed a 7-5 home win against bottom side Bees Knees. The visitors started the better of the two sides, taking 1-0 and 3-2 leads in the first half, but The Renegades then won three straight frames to take a 5-3 lead, with Antony Lane winning his second. Bees Knees drew level at 5-5 as Gavin Crisell and Charles Allen both won their second frames, but The Renegades wrapped up the win with Jack Lumley winning his second in the final frame.
